We've blocked rooms at the Holiday Inn Express in Hurst, Texas-- about five miles from the Piazza. It's a brand new hotel with nice rooms and an excellent breakfast. They offer shuttle service from DFW airport to the hotel and service to and from the Piazza venue. If you want to take a cab from Love Field, this hotel can recommend a good one. Be sure to book by December 26 to get the discounted rate and a guaranteed room!

You can begin booking now! Here's how to make your reservation: You can call the hotel and say you are with the Wilder-Boatwright Wedding group. You can also book online. On the left hand side of the screen you will see where it says "check availability." Put in the dates of your stay and where it says group code you MUST put in WBW. You will then be redirected to a screen that will pull up all the available rooms at our discounted rate-- which is a "double" room with two queen beds at $75 or a "single" room with a king and a pull out bed for $75. All rooms are non-smoking and you are welcome to upgrade to a suite if you need more room. We have the rooms blocked for January 9th. If you want to arrive on Friday the 8th or stay till Sunday the 10th, please call to arrange your additional nights, which will still be available at the block room rate! PLEASE BOOK NO LATER THAN DECEMBER 26 or you might not get a room!
