Ceremony & Reception
Our ceremony will be held outdoors on the lawn at the Bismarck Country Club, which is also the location of our reception. Convenient and green, too - the guests will not have to drive from one location to another.
Ceremony
Here are a few ideas of what I'd like to see at our outdoor ceremony.
- I really love peonies and would LOVE to have them incorporated into the flowers. Hanging single blooms like this along the aisle is gorgeous.
- I'd love to incorporate some hanging lanterns outside, assuming the venue permits it. I'm pretty sure I'll be using some inside, so it would be nice to carry the theme over..
- Petals down the aisle is a must! Probably in light pink and white.
- Our Great Dane, Luca, is going to be our flower girl and ring bearess. I am going to see if the florist is able to make a floral collar for her. I would add a ribbon for the rings to be tied on.
Reception
- Here's a picture of the inside of the country club. We will eiher be having ceiling swag with lights, as shown in this picture, or paper lanterns hanging at varying lengths.
