Engagement Pictures
We met with Maryanne at Chick's Beach to have our engagement session. The weather was perfect, there were a few clouds in the sky and it was a little windy but we did happen to get a sunset in our pics. We had so much fun getting these pics done. It was such a fun experience!
Bridesmaids!!
Val, Shannon, and I met up with Olivia (wedding planner) and Sandy (our fashion consultant) for a morning of shopping for the bridesmaids dresses. We met at David’s Bridal on June 28 th . We were missing Heike and Aimee that day but we still had a lot of fun!
Wedding Dress
My mother and I went cake shopping today and we completed our successful day (we found a bakery!) by trying on my mother's wedding dress. Its very old fashioned but the sentiment behind it was priceless! I felt honored to try on my mother's dress.
277 Days
We can’t believe it is 277 days until our wedding! At this point, Christine has started a new job and Andy is still in his second semester in PA school but a lot of planning has been done! I met with Marianne at her studio really early in the morning today. I wanted to see the difference in types of wedding albums so I can get an idea of what I am looking for. I started the search for the photographer and I am a little overwhelmed. There are so many things to consider when choosing a photographer especially when you are on a budget. THe thing is I have to care about lighting, time of day, hours of coverage, engagement sessions, bridal sessions, etc, etc, etc... Today the search for the dress begins! I invited my mother and several friends to join me in the search for the perfect dress!
