Cavalier Hotel
We are having our ceremony in the Pocahontas room and the reception will follow in the Main Ballroom in the old hotel built in 1927. Guests may choose to rent a room in the New Cavalier across the street. They may or may not have oceanfront rooms but I recommend you try to get one, the view is spectacular!
We choose this site for its glamorous and antique setting; a friend of mine says "it reeks of oldness."

Stan Glaser DJ extraordinaire and fellow Rescue 5 member will be DJ-ing our event. We are honored to have him entertain our guests. Everyone, get ready for an awesome party! This guy knows what he's doing!
M & M Photography
I heard about Marianne from a friend of a friend who is currently employing her for her wedding. I visited Marianne's studio and saw she is very talented. Marianne uses a photojournalistic point-of-view so it will be exciting to see what kind of candid shots we will get!
Davids Bridal

I found my dress at David's bridal with the help of all of my girls! We are planning on getting our bridesmaids dresses there as well. At this point I know each and every member of the Davids Bridal staff. The staff there is very knowledgable and very helpful in planning my big day!
Save the Date Magnets
We were able to custom design our save the date magnets at an affordable price and they turned out really nice! The staff were helpful in making sure our proofs were 100% perfect!
Jacobson Fine Papers & Gifts
Located in the La Promenade shops on Laskin Road. The staff was very helpful in assisting us with our invitations! they are very knowledgeable and accomodating! The invitations are absolutely gorgeous!
Plaza Bakery
Mike from Plaza Bakery is a cake genius! He took an hour and a half showing my mother and I all the wonderful things he can do with a cake. He's very excited to work with our wedding and he's even going to attempt the design that we would love to share with everyone on our special day!

Rebecca Gilmore from the Virginia Symphony will be playing the wedding music for the ceremony. Her repetoire includes Canon in D, Water Music, and of course Here Comes the Bride!!
