Caribbean Honeymoon Destination: Bahamas

Caribbean Honeymoon Destination Bahamas

Blessed with the perfect location, less than 100 miles off the coast of Florida, crystal clear turquoise blue waters, and pearly white or pink sandy beaches the Islands of the Bahamas is the perfect location for your honeymoon or destination wedding.

With 700 islands (14 main islands that serve as hubs for the remaining 686) sprinkled out over 100,000 miles of beautiful azure ocean the Bahamas offer the largest assortment of excursions than any other tropical destination. From the pink sands of Harbour Island and Eleuthera to the deserted strands of the Exumas and San Salvador, there is a lifetime of beaches to experience. Go sailing or boating on The Abocos or take an ecotour on Inagua. You may even visit Mayaguana and enjoy the footprint-free beaches, reef diving, and a tackle box of sport fishing. No matter what you have envisioned the Islands of the Bahamas will make your dreams seem incredibly unimaginative.

After handling all the worries and details of planning your wedding the Bahamas will give the newlywed couple a place to relax and feel pampered. Try one of the many all-inclusive glamorous resorts and enjoy romantic honeymoon suites, gourmet food, tropical concoctions, exciting nightlife, and the most land and water activities you’ve ever seen in one place. Or get away from the crowds and bask in the warm glow of each other’s company in a private, beach bungalow on one of the many out islands such as beautiful Andros Island. With the privacy, serenity and beauty of the Bahamas you have the option to do whatever the two of you want: whether it be staying in bed all day or talking a relaxing nature walk, the only limit to your Caribbean honeymoon is your imagination.
