Honeymoon Destination: Cruises

Honeymoon Destination Cruises
Cruising offers every imaginable activity to every conceivable destination on giant majestic vessels. Explore itineraries that have journeyed way past the islands of the Caribbean to ports of call all over the world. Take extraordinary excursions where relaxation, recreation, touring, and shopping reach new heights. On board ice skating, outrageous comedy shows, 24 hour room service, fully equipped health spas are all part of the benefits of a honeymoon cruise. Enjoy fine dining and scrumptious midnights buffets, or skip dinner and hit the on board casino to try your hand at poker. Whatever you’re looking for once you embark on a cruise adventure you’ll understand why a cruise is Like No Vacation On Earth.

The balmy moonlit nights, warm sunny days, gentle rolling seas, exotic ports of call and a romantic private balcony all equal one word: Romance. Combine that with an array of activities ranging from biking and snorkeling to spa and sauna treatments, and a honeymoon cruise is hard to beat. Choose a cruise honeymoon package and feel pampered with breakfast in bed, a bottle of champagne, soft and plush bath robes, aromatherapy massages, romantic dinner’s for two and much more. You may even have the benefits of many freebies on your ports of call so make sure to ask!!!!

Access to Cash: ATMs are available on most cruise ships, but for your convenience you may choose to sign up for a cashless on board credit program which allows guests to charge purchases directly to a personal account throughout the cruise.

Liquor and Beverage Policy: Guests are prohibited from bringing alcoholic beverages onboard. All alcohol, additional quantities of wine/champagne or excessive quantities of non-alcoholic beverages will be confiscated and discarded without compensation. Alcoholic beverages of any kind purchased in the ship’s gift shop will be stored on board and be retained by Carnival until the end of the voyage. No alcoholic beverage will be sold or served to anyone under 21 years of age.

What you should pack: The first thing to remember is to travel light. Casual attire and resort wear is the order of the day both on board and in port. Shorts, slacks, sundresses, blouses, etc., are in line for women. Clothing for men is just as casual. You should bring a pair of rubber-soled sandals or sneakers to wear on deck and a pair of good walking shoes. You might also want to consider bringing along a sweater or jacket for cool evenings and inexpensive rain gear in case of a sudden shower. Women may want to bring along a hat or scarf. You’ll have a chance to dress up on two nights during 7 day or longer cruises (one night on shorter cruises) for the Captain’s Cocktail Party and the Gala Farewell Dinner. On the other evenings you can dress casually for dinner (no shorts or tank tops).

Amenities in the staterooms: All staterooms have an amenity basket displayed in the bathroom. The basket may include such things as: his/her razors; shampoo and conditioner; body wash; Tylenol; deodorant; hard candies. Supplies will be replenished by the room steward, if quantities allow.

Electrical Outlets: There is one electrical outlet in each stateroom located in the area of the desk/vanity. The outlet is equipped with a 3-prong 110 volt and a 220 volt plug. The outlet in the bathroom can only be used for electric razors.
