Keep the Chill Out With Some Chili

It’s that time of year to break out the stockpot and cook up a little chili. One of my all-time favorite meals, chili is pure comfort with loads of protein and good flavors (oh, and it’s super easy to make). Having a ranch wedding this fall? Consider serving chili with sides of rice, pasta, corn chips, or biscuits. Can’t have gluten? This turkey chili (above) is gloriously gluten-free.

The chili of our childhood memories, this recipe is filled with meat, beans, and cheddar cheese. Cornbread? Yes, please.

Elevate your chili with smoky spices, chicken, and white beans. Top with cheese and cilantro.

Chili is only made better by its accompanying carb. These biscuits are a superb addition.

This is a different style of chili than most of us are used to, unless of course you are from Cincinnati. With flavors similar to mole sauce and sitting atop a plate of spaghetti, this is a very unique crowd-pleaser.
