Planning a Bachelor Party?

Planning a bachelor party? Important things to remember:

  1. Don’t force the groom to do anything that he doesn’t want to do, or that his fiancée has requested that he avoid.  If she has asked that there be no trips to the strip club, play it safe and plan something in which everyone present remains clothed.  The last thing you want to do is start a fight that might affect the wedding.
  2. As much fun as it may be, the goal is for the groom to have a good time, not to be unnecessarily embarrassed. Plan accordingly.
  3. Whether it takes place in Vegas or not, what happens at the bachelor party, stays at the bachelor party.  Mentioning the details of the late-night happenings do not belong in conversations with the bride’s mother, reception toasts, or on facebook pages.
