We Love: Seersucker

The dog days of summer are most definitely upon us. But, because we’re not quite ready to relinquish our summer tans and lemonade (let alone our cozy seat right in the middle of wedding season!), we’re going to dwell in the sun just a bit longer and moon over one of our summer style true loves: seersucker. Quintessentially Southern and just a shade preppy, this traditionally-inspired pattern is dreamy in any capacity, whether you’re into wedding day accents or the whole nine seersucker yards.

We’re pretty sure your man will a) look handsome as heck and b) toss in an extra smooch or two to thank you for keeping him nice and cool through that outdoor ceremony.

Holy pretty place-setting. We love the clean background and summery contrast between the blue seersucker and white linens.

Sweet, simple, and a pretty way to guarantee that your wedding rings will be right where you want them to be come ceremony time.

We don’t mean to make this all about the guys, but when we came across this seersucker shirt and bow tie combo we just couldn’t help ourselves. P.S. Bow tie found here.

Because seersucker doesn’t have to stop at your wedding day – and might just be one of the best beach honeymoon accessories around. Case in point: this bikini.
