Wedding Fashion: Fall Nail Polish Trends

This fall, nails are all about a few simple things: jewel tones, metallics, and textures. Nails on these trends are meant to stand out in shades of navy, emerald and oxblood, and alongside your accessory selection may in fact be the perfect way to make a statement on your wedding day. They’re also especially perfect for the parties around your big celebration – bridal showers, bachelorettes, and rehearsal dinners (plus, they give you the perfect excuse for a wedding morning routine of relaxation and a fresh mani!). Here are just a few of the colors that are catching eyes right now.

Essie’s fall line is completely inspired by the season’s moodier tones and metallic accents. We love the almost-neutral sheen of For The Twill Of It (top right).

What about these textures and deep jewel colors? Fake it Til You Make It (top, left) is our favorite for just a hint of shimmer and texture alike, while both the navy and emerald are practically begging to be a part of pre-wedding get-togethers.

Meanwhile, Estee Lauder is less about the color and more about the finish. These softer tones and brighter shine might be the perfect fit for brides with a softer touch in mind.

If, however, you’ve had something more natural in mind to wear with that white dress, soft pink and nude shades remain classic options – like these lacquers from Butter London.
