Couples who wed at Hidden River can enjoy their time together with family and friends at reasonable rates and with activities to satisfy various interests.

A wedding day should be the beginning of many, wonderful days together. By the time your day approaches, we want couples to be relaxed and focused on the meaning and enduring quality of their relationship. With this in mind, we offer packages that are affordable and substantive.

Our Standard Value Packages serve up to 150 guests (more if needed) and offer the basic amenities a couple needs to plan an outdoor celebration:

• Over 3000 square feet of tented and enclosed/heated (if needed) space
• On-site housing for 20-35 guests, comfortably, in our 4 guest houses
• A full day (from 9 a.m. until midnight) on our site for a leisurely event
• Set up and clean up of all our included amenities
• An Event Coordinator to help you manage the planning and execution of the event
• 60" round tables and 8' serving tables
• White heavy-duty resin, padded and folding chairs
• White or ivory linens
• Elegant and/or rustic centerpieces
• Rhododendron arches and barn wood ceremony tables
• Wooden dance floor
• Quality sound system with amplified speakers, microphones, and six in-puts (for instruments, I-pods, etc.)
• Elegant horse carriage and driver
• Stainless steel coolers with wicker encasing
• Glass dishes, ball jar glasses, and stainless place settings
• Ball Jar beverage dispensers
• Elegant mahogany canopies (enough to shade 150 seated guests)
• Copper and steel torches
• LED lighting system and accent lights
• Permanent bathroom facilities
• Transportation for guests with special needs
• Space on our grounds for tent camping

Our comprehensive package helps relieve much of the stress associated with planning so you are free to plan more personalized amenities, such as catering, music, flowers, and décor. We do not possess an Alcohol License, so Clients are allowed to purchase and serve their own alcohol, saving themselves an additional sum of money.

Clients can add to our Standard Value Packages if they wish, by selecting from among our list of Preferred Vendors who offer the most competitive rates in our area. Our Preferred Photographer, for instance, charges $650 for digital photography of a ceremony, including posed pictures and produces a coffee-table book with the best 100+ photos, a corresponding DVD-slide show, and a CD-Rom that includes every photo taken for Clients to develop as they wish. We have agreements with a variety of vendors: officiant, florist, caterers, musicians, etc. to offer excellent and reasonable services.

In addition to our Standard Value Packages, we also offer Full Service Packages. We specialize in:

• Barn Dance Rehearsal Dinner packages
• Sunset Receptions featuring award-winning local bands in a variety of genres from Jazz to Honkey Tonk to Celtic.
• Riverside brunches and Bridesmaid's Luncheons

We work with some of the finest and most reasonable local caterers, from BBQ, to locally grown and organic, largely vegetarian meals, to customized gourmet meals, to some of the best home made ice cream in the area. Our Full Service Packages enable our Clients and their guests to enjoy the most delectable aspects of our local cuisine and culture.

Finally, our 17+ acre farm, with numerous sites for events (a peninsula in the river, a natural swimming pond with its own ceremony island, a wide-open field) is in one of the most undeveloped valleys in our region with some of the most picturesque backdrops imaginable. Couples, during their extended stay with us, can mix and match aspects of their events at various sites on the property.
