... when we were younger, fatter and poorer, we had these horrible, horrible pictures. LOL. We honestly didn't want to put them up but some were looking for a sense of history (our first four years together) in our gallery, so we asked families and friends to dig through their own files, and this album is what we got. Go ahead, amuse yourself with (Blanche's) pre-braces and (Rhoel's) pre-mountaineering days. It's not everyday we're this... un-pretty. But hey, at least we're aging gracefully no?
Boracay was included in the New York Times' 44 Places to Visit in 2009 and TripAdvisor's Top 10 Beach and Sun Destinations in the World. We, however, wanted to stray as far away from the Philippines' usual gorgeous beaches. But after checking out secluded seas and sandbars, we knew we would be voted "Most Inconsiderate Couple" if we pursued our original plan and subjected people to a back-breaking journey. So we ended up here. Bear with us 8 )
(Photos grabbed from Flickr.com; we got those that accurately depict Boracay now)
Think beach and sunset, great food and good friends. Nothing fancy, just some chillin'. We want to blend with, not obstruct, the natural environment. We also support everything handmade and eco-friendly, so expect the wedding elements to be edible, reusable and functional.
From Fozzy wozzy, who's got talent. She made these monograms, which are all super awesome, and now we don't know which one to use. How do you choose from five perfect things?
