HiYa, We are arriving on flight 971 from Miami to San Jose at 11:45AM on the 22nd and we're looking for a ride to Dominical. Or for a ride back to SJ on the morning of the 29th for a 3 PM flight. We'll pay for gas and what not.

Hi Andrew and Rachel-
I was thinking of renting a car from San Jose on the 22nd, and driving to Dominical. I am attending grad school this year in Ciudad Colon, 30 minutes from San Jose. I have class that day until 12pm, and would LOVE to split gas costs!

There is a place a short drive from the venue that has 2 cabinas available for $55 a night.

Then need to get to Dominical. Have a room booked from the 20th-25th or so.

We are going to go with a shuttle bus service both to and from Dominical since our schedule is so tight and there's a chance of miscommunication or delays. Sorry, hopefully you can still find someone to share a ride with.

there is a house next door to our studio/home in Dominical which has 2 floors to rent. some friends are renting on floor and the other floor still has 2 bedrroms available....the 3 bedrooms costs $1000 for the week.

Hi everyone-
This wasn't offered as an option on any of the websites, but just wanted everyone to know:
The direct bus system in Costa Rica ROCKS. It's super cheap ($US equivalent of no more than 6 bucks), always on time, clean and comfy. I'm taking the metro from San Jose Coca Cola to Dominical tomorrow at 3 pm. If anyone else needs a way to get to Dominical, this is the way the locals do. Also, renting a car is a bit of a pain as there are VERY FEW STREET SIGNS or ANY road names... literally, so there's a tendency to get lost. (I've been going to school here for the last 4 months.)
