RSVP

We've received about 90% of the rsvp's back from everyone, and it looks like the turnout is going to be fantastic for the reception. We have all of the catering decisions done and we're so excited and pleased with the menu. Since it’s Seattle, we won’t know until the day of (or possibly the afternoon of) regarding the weather, so bring a jacket just in case. Finalizing the Details...

We had a bit of an 'issue' with our invitations. It seems that we misspelled the street address on the invitation (I swear we combed over the invitations a hundred times!) and we didn't notice until my sister called about 2 days before they were to be mailed.

The Seattle Reception

We're working hard on the reception at the Smith Tower in Seattle. It’s so much easier now that the wedding is over. This is actually fun now! The views are so breathtaking and we worked so hard to book this venue. We can’t wait for everyone to celebrate with us. The wedding was a bit of a blur (thankfully we got it on video!) and we're really looking forward to having fun at this reception because we're going to be so much more relaxed.  There aren't very many things left to...

Choosing Our Vendors...

Choosing the right vendor is so important. We checked out references and called other brides on all of our vendors to make sure that they were the right fit for us. We met with quite a few florists, photographers, cake decorators, etc. to ensure that the match-up was going to work for all of us. Justin and I are very detail oriented, and we wanted to make a lot of the wedding decisions ourselves -- so it was in our best interest to find the perfect vendors that blended well with our style of...
