Whimsy & Spice lives up to its name. Based out of Brooklyn, NY, and run by husband and wife team, Mark Sopchak (pastry chef extraordinaire) and Jenna Park (marketer, packaging and we...
You've just gotta love high school sweethearts! Skylar and Shane have been together for ten years and their love story started at a school dance (note the Tom Petty coolness of that). Th...
I love Claire Pettibone! Over the last several years, she has definitely become one of my favorite bridal designers because of the way she puts a modern twist on vintage romance. So, whe...
Before our wedding, just about everyone I met told me same thing – your wedding day is going to absolutely zip by. And, dear readers, truer words have never been spoken. If you’re anything like me, your wedding day is the fastest day of your life; there is so much that goes on that you don’t see or only hear about later or, in my case, don’t remember (I was pretty sure I’d said my vows, but wouldn’t have bet the house on it).
Weddeos, a new video service, aims to remedy that. They send you five mini HD cameras that you then pass out to guests to get their unique perspective on your wedding day. Once it’s all over, you send the cameras back and Weddeos award-winning editors put together your totally unique wedding video so you can catch all the little moments (like the kid who…
When Christen and Mike came to Delack Media Group for help with their save the date, they only knew that they wanted something different. Within a couple of weeks, they had a romantic comedy trailer that outlined their relationship (I love when Mike arrives at the bar – classic!), starring the couple themselves. Talk about a fun, creative way to get guests excited for your Big Day!
PS – Be sure to watch until the end to see his proposal – such a romantic setting!
Is it just me or do wedding videos have a way of making you tear up? Every time I watch Michelle and Charles’ wedding video by IQ Videography, it gets me all misty-eyed. It’s all of the real emotion – the laughter! the tears! the love! – that’s packed into this one day that you can’t help but get swept up in it.
And, Michelle and Charles’ wedding day is absolutely lovely. Once Charles is allowed in the house (he has to pass the bridesmaids’ stringent tests, which include singing a rendition of “I Will Always Love You” in front of the whole family), they start their wedding celebrations with a traditional Vietnamese ceremony. Michelle looks stunning in her Ao Dai (Vietnamese dress) and the tea ceremony is filled with such emotion and love.
Then they move onto a Presbyterian church in Sausalito, California for a Western-style ceremony.…
As much as I’m a paper gal, I do love a good save-the-date video. Especially when it’s as full of personality as Hayden and Sean’s. It’s “Rushmore” meets getting married.
And make sure to keep your eye for all of the little details (their wedding party list is the best) – these two are a crack-up.
I am so excited to share this video with you all today I can hardly stand it!
At the beginning it looks like it’s a cute couple on a roller coaster but then…well, I don’t want to ruin any surprises. You’ll just have to watch it and tell me if you love it as much as I do.
