Tracy and Graham’s wedding is just plain gorgeous. No other way to describe it. Between the old stone church and the English countryside manor to the dreamy groomsmen and fun croquet, who wouldn’t love this wedding by Craig Williams Photography?

Did your wedding location hold a specific significance to you?
Yes, we thought it was romantic and ideal to have a country house to ourselves.
What was the most meaningful part of your day?
The whole day was just perfect but the church service was particularly special and personal.
Did anything funny or out of the ordinary happen?
There was a funny moment in the church when, considering it was very full and we had lots of children it went completely quiet and as we were receiving prayers and lighting our candle one of the children piped up with “Uh Oh!” really loudly… because it had gone quiet or we were lighting a candle I am not sure, but it was funny at the time.
Tell us about the details…
We wanted a fairly traditional wedding, and in particular a location which we could take over the whole venue so that children and parents could relax and race around freely.
We wanted people to be able to join in the evening’s dancing, but also have a lounge and drawing room where people could sit away from the music, and a childrens’ area to play games, plus the gardens.
To add a bit of fun we had a video diary room with a props table for people to dress up while leaving a message (comedy hats, moustaches, feather boas, glasses) …. it was a great success and we had many repeat visits from people as the evening wore on and drinks consumed!
Instead of the traditional “favours” we opted for a “sweetie table” dressed in a vintage style with silver and glass serving dishes that gave the wow factor and suited the decor of Hintlesham Hall perfectly.
We had a photo framed for people to sign and leave us a message .. I dressed the table with a “Mr & Mrs” sign, table confetti, “just married” chocolates … I was really pleased with the result.
How did you know your partner was “the one”?
I knew my partner was the one when I first met him and he had the most amazing smile and made me laugh .. I felt like I had known him for years !
Any advice you’d give new brides who are just getting started?
The advice I would give is to do lots of research on the net … I got all my ideas from wedding websites and other peoples suggestions of what to do to personalise the day and make it fun.
