Brenna and Nate’s wedding is filled with all sorts of glam and girly-fun details, from Brenna’s gold princess shoes to the deep plum dresses for the bridal party to the crystal chandliers hanging from the ceiling at their reception. Rachel and Frank’s Beachside Wedding from Jamie Lee Photography

Rachel and Frank’s very elegant wedding (as shot by Jamie Lee Photography) features a glamorous bride and groom, a beachside ceremony, and one of Fort Meyers, Florida’s oldest homes, but who really steals the show is a bulldog named “Sarge.” Sporting a matching tuxedo to the groom (he is the ring bearer after all), Sarge looks like he is having a great time.

As does the couple. I love when the couple’s enthusiasm for the day jumps off the page, and you can tell they are having a fantastic time (my fave is the one of Rachel smiling hugely during the ceremony). This, of course, doesn’t even take into account the lovely setting, her lace dress or their orchid centerpieces…

I Go a Bit Cuckoo for Alchemy’s Colorful, Modern Invites

There are times when I stumble upon a site and feel like the best use of our collective time would be for me to simply copy over their entire site here so you can see every last detail, that’s how much I love it. Alchemy Fine Events is one of those sites.

I can’t tell you the restraint it’s taken to pare down her invitations to the ones below. They are all out of this world! Seriously. One second, she’s designing Moorish-inspired invites that would work for a Fusion wedding, the next a romantic Gatsby invite. And this doesn’t even touch on her Lobster invite or her Wine Trolley suite (which featured stickers that say “No Wine-ing.” I don’t know the story behind it, but love the sentiment.).

Now if you really want to make my day, you’ll have Vanessa design your invitations and let me live vicariously through you…
