If you were anywhere near a wedding blog or website last year there’s a good chance you ran into this wedding invite, one of the most creative and funny invites I can remember seeing. Many of you though probably weren’t engaged then (or making the wedding blog rounds) so there was a good chance you missed it and that, my dear readers, just doesn’t fly.

The groom Matt is a designer for the New York Times and various other publications and obviously incredibly talented. But what I like best is that it goes to show that everything (down to your wedding invite) is yours – to personalize, tell your story with and, most importantly, have fun with.
