On a mission to turn the “modern man into a gentleman”, the guys behind Forgetful Gentlemen cards have dissected the obstacles that keep men from writing cards and obliterated them one-by-one. Between their email reminder service, their “Guide to Articulate Writing” and the postage they actually put on the envelope for you, they have literally taken away any possible (or shall we say plausible) excuses that prevent your guy from getting his thank you notes done.
And, they are very, well, manly. Letterpressed with a simple image, they are clean, sophisticated, and look like they’re from the desk of a man who knows something about the finer things in life (and who doesn’t want to Don Draper it up occasionally?).
Depending on how deluxe you want to treat his groomsmen, they offer two versions of their sets. The Letterpress Linecomes with 12 letterpress cards and all the extras in a hardwood cigar box (I should mention the cards are letterpressed on paper from the mill which produced Napoleon’s wedding invitations – very impressive) while the Linen Line features the cards and extras minus the box and fancy papermill.
Either way, you can be sure the people in his life are going to be pretty darn impressed.

The art of the handwritten note is alive and well. These “Forgetful Gentleman” seem to have figured out a way to create a masculine looking product with the functionality most men require. Hopefully men start writing more notes. It makes such an impact!
