Well, the sun is out here in San Francisco (not an everyday occurrence so it suddenly feels like Spring is in the air!) and, boy, do I have a bright and cheerful session for you to end the week on! Dustin and Katie got hitched at the gorgeous LDS temple in Newport Beach, CA where the sun was shining and you can practically hear the birds chirping.

Photographed beautifully by Lori Anderson Photographers, the couple looks equally at home on the well-landscaped grounds of the temple as they do at a local hang out that features urban art – happy and in love!

Lori offers some great advice to couples who are trying to balance capturing all of the photos they want with actual time at the event. She said: After shooting their wedding, one thing that really stood out in our mind is that’s is so important for couples to carve out a chunk of time during the day to really focus on the bridal portraits.  Some other couples we’ve photographed wanted to hurry through the portraits to get to the reception, and as a result, they received fewer portraits.
