Remember how last week I went all gaga for Jason and Grace’s DIY wedding from Emily Takes Photos? Well, they’re back! This time with their Day After shoot, which has the same eclectic, fun vibe as their wedding but features some of their favorite San Francisco hang outs – Mission Pie, the Embarcadero, and the hills above the city in Bernal Heights.

And, I think these photos exemplify what I like best about Day Afters – all of the wedding excitement is over so the couple is free to relax and just be themselves, making for very natural shots. I’ve got to think, too, the whole session is a blast; it’s not passing in such a blur like your wedding day and you don’t have a constant to do list running through your head. Oh, and, did I mention you get to wear your dress again? Yep, thinking Day Afters are the way to go…
