It’s not every day that you find an engagement shoot that can be classified as totally Modern and totally Vintage, but that’s the case with Monika and Joe’s session from Megan Ann Photography. The stunning couple starts off in the uber-modern Andaz Hotel in San Diego’s Gas Lamp district and look completely at home amongst the vinyl walls, murals and decadent chandeliers.

Then they shift completely away from the Art Deco feel and go for Old Hollywood Glamour at the Santa Fe Train Depot. And, I’ve gotta say, I think they nail both looks (and, on a side note, can I tell you how much I’m pining after Monica’s killer heels?). Their wedding promises to be a blend of both style – we can’t wait to see the photos!
