Use aromatic ingredients in your food like lemon, ginger, mint sprigs and cucumber slices. Keep your dishes clean and simple. I served up lightly dressed soba noodles, a mandarin orange salad, and ginger chicken salad sandwiches with wasabi mayo and cilantro.
