THE INVITATIONS

UPDATED!!!

My invitations!!!! This is pretty much exactly what they'll look like. I love them! I really wanted to DIY for invitations because I am on a budget, and I couldn't really find anything I liked that was within our budget. These are perfect, and just what I wanted. They're bold, colourful, modern, and fun - plus, they're pocketfolders, and I love those!

Check out my post on the Tigerlilly blog for extremely thorough instructions for making these.

THE PROGRAMS

Here is the idea that I have for programs. It's still tentative, but I really like the look of square programs. I also want to incorporate our "monogram" and model them after our invitations somewhat. The ribbon is different, and I'm fine with that. For the inside, with the mock-up I have silver cardstock, but I ordered and will be using the same colour paper in text weight.

THE FAVOURS

Here are the DIY favours! My mom and I made a TON of jam this past summer using fruit from our garden. We made 4 batches each of strawberry, red currant, blueberry, and grape (mmmmmm). We were also going to make raspberry but decided we had enough already. We put them in little jam jars (they're cute). I'm going to make little circles with our names and the jam flavour to put inside the lids.
