The Cake Stand Has Arrived!
My cake stand arrived via UPS today! Hooray! As you may, or may not, have read in a previous post I ordered a fabulous cake stand from Amazon last week!
The box was a bit of an overkill, it was about three feet in length, two feet in width and the depth was,no joke 2 feet for this thing! And you would think that it would be heavy with that size of box, but no, it's quite manageable, putting aside the awkward size of the box.
Anywho, back to my overwhelming excitement!!!
I unburied the lovely stand from a mound of brown filler and out came the most beautiful chrome plated cake stand in the history of man. I've never seen anything like it! It's sooo much better than the pictures do it justice, I can't wait for you all to see it. I also think it will be lovely to reuse at holiday parties as a desert tray, or even for appetizers! Yay! Can't wait!
