We will meet on Thursday, August 21, 2008 at Rev. Zombie's Voodoo Shop to partake in a Haunted New Orleans ghost tour. Part of our tour will be Pirate's Alley, the locale of our wedding and Faulker's one time home. The tour is $20.00. Reservations must be made in advance online at: http://www.hauntedhistorytours.com/Haunted.htm We will be going on the 8:00 PM tour - weather permitting - and will meet up afterwards for a late supper, tradition in New Orleans, on us at Rotollo's Pizzeria, next to the House of Blues. Adults will be responsible for their alcohol purchases.

It is rumored that the ghost of Jean Lafitte haunts Pirate's Alley and during the time of celebration, you can hear horns and voices cheering. It is also where William Faulkner's New Orleans home is located and where he wrote his first novel, Soldier's Pay, in 1926. What better place for Bryce and Amanda to wed, surrounded by haunting spirits and great literature!
