Beer & Wine
We will be serving locally produced craft beer and wine throughout the weekend. Right now, we're deciding which wines and beers to offer, which is a fun process in its own right. Some of the leading beer candidates are: Laurelwood's Workhorse IPA, Ninkasi's Total Domination IPA and Widmer's Broken Halo IPA. Yes, we like hops! Of course, we'll also want a porter or espresso stout and maybe an Extra Special Bitter for those times when an IPA or stout is too extreme. Wine is a more difficult choice—there are so many great ones to choose from. We will serve some top notch Oregon Pinot Noir with dinner on Saturday and then work our way to more affordable varieties, all from WA and OR providers.
