Wedding Accommodations
The wedding ceremony and reception will be at The Ponds at Bolton Valley. Bolton Valley is a small ski resort about 35 minutes outside Burlington, so there is not a lot surrounding it. Consequently, there are multiple options for accommodations, which will largely depend on personal preference and plans for the weekend. We have blocked off rooms at four hotels. There is one hotel in the ski resort (The Inn at Bolton Valley), two hotels in South Burlington, and one in downtown Burlington. The Green Mountain Suites and the Hilton Burlington are more upscale, while the Inn at Bolton Valley is more basic but by far the closest hotel to the wedding site. Read the options below. When you make your reservation specify that you are with the Connolly/Hoffman wedding to receive the rates that are listed below.
The Inn at Bolton Valley
There are a couple of options within the resort. The Inn at Bolton Valley is on the same road as the wedding and reception with free van transportation back to your room. The rooms are simple, but it is by far the closest hotel to the wedding (so we don't have to worry about folks drinking and driving, and people can dance together for hours). You can book reservations at the Inn at Bolton Valley (which is at the top of the hill, across from the downhill area) by mentioning our names to receive the wedding rates. There are also condos you can rent on the premise; however, the exact availability of the condos will not be known for a while. Be aware that while The Inn at Bolton Valley has some air conditioned rooms, most of the rooms are not air conditioned. Be sure to request an air conditioned room if it is important to you.

Green Mountain Suites Hotel
This hotel is located in South Burlington and is closer to the airport and the center of the city. It is probably about a 30 minute drive from The Ponds. It is newly renovated and all of the rooms are suites. A block of rooms has been reserved and will be held until June 1, 2009. There is no minimum stay and there is a courtesy shuttle to the airport.

Hilton Burlington
The Hilton Burlington is located in downtown Burlington across the street from Burlington's waterfront. It is walking distance to town and there is a courtesy shuttle to the airport. The Hilton is closer to 40 minutes from The Ponds and would be a good choice if you are thinking of spending some time in Burlington in addition to attending our wedding. There is a two night minimum stay required, so those of you only flying in for the night of the wedding should stay elsewhere.

Holiday Inn Burlington
The Holiday Inn Burlington is located in South Burlington near the Green Mountain Suites and the airport. It is about 30 minutes from The Ponds by car. A courtesy shuttle to the airport is available.
