Church - Mary the Queen Parish

  • received banns (to be published by Feb 2010)
Venue - Oasis (75% paid)
Photographer - Imagine Nation (contract signed, prenup on Feb13)
OTD - Out of the Box (50% dp paid)
Musician - Velvet Mood Musicale (dp paid)
Emcee - c/o Out of the Box
Caterer - CVJ, booked; setup and crew meal to be discussed; schedule final food tasting
Cake - Top Cakes, booked
Videographer - Dan Pamintuan (dp paid)
Flowers - Angel of Hearts (dp paid, schedule mock by March 2010)
HMUA - Aby Valentos (dp paid, trial done, scheduled for prenup)
Wedding cord - Lights and Binds (free!!)
Gowns - Tita Baby from Makati
  • 50% dp paid
  • measurements done
  • bought fabrics and beadings
  • Will be getting the gowns hopefully by tomorrow
Documents
  • Baptismal and confirmation certificates done
  • Banns to be published by Feb 2010
  • Birth certificate (applied, waiting for delivery)
  • Marriage license (will apply by Feb 2010)
Bridal car - c/o Ninang (yey!)

Coins - Unity coins (won at W@W auctions)
Barongs - Lomentigar Bridal Boutique (measurements maybe by March)
Printing press - Changed to The Lord's Printshoppe. Mas mura, e. :P
Save-the-date layout - already distributed
Missalette cover - done, ready for printing
Missalette (yung laman) - for editing, 75% finished
Prenup location - Antipolo, already arranged
LCD Rentals - TPC's Interceptor (dp paid)
Dressing accommodations - made reservations

Invites, thank you cards, labels, table numbers, menu cards, map - courtesy of France. :) Ento list na lang ang kulang!
Ring pillow, treasure box for coins, FG tin cans - will ask future BIL for this
Guest token - DIY (changed plans, grabe!)
Crew meal at Hotel preps - assigned to Jason
Crew meal at Reception - CCME Homemade Foodstuff (for booking pa lang)
Prenup album layout - sabi ni Jason, ongoing to. :)
