Definitely the best investment we made. We used Amanda & Kyle for our engagement pictures, my boudoir pics, and the wedding. She means it when she says she will be your extra bridesmaid. She went above and beyond with her services. They scouted out awesome locations for us to take photos, which was a great surprise. If you look at her work, no two weddings are alike. They don't go around posing everyone and do a great job of catching you in the moment.
Our bridal party loved Kyle and Amanda as well. They jumped right in getting along with the bridal party, family, and all of the other vendors. I didn't have to give them any direction on what to do. Their work speaks for itself.

Doug was awesome to work with. We will definitely continue to work with him. He did a great job of working with our budget. Sean purchased both my engagement ring and wedding band from Doug. They were really easy to work with when it came to sizing and rhodium dipping before the wedding. Everytime we go in there they reconize me and give us great treatment.
Valle Vista Golf Club A+
Rosie Maloney was our coordinator. She was great to work with. She understood what our needs and wants were and did her best to deliver all of them. She was very quick to get back when we had questions or wanted to make changes. We thought the price was very affordable for what we were looking for.
The night of went pretty smoothly. The bartender was very good at getting drinks out, we had lots of great comments on the food. The room looked great.
DOC - A Touch of Elegance - A+
I hired Deborah and Cassie about a month before the wedding. I enjoy planning, so I did most of that myself -I was looking for someone to put my plan in action. Deborah and Cassie did a great job. I didn't have to worry about anything all day. They had great communication with the vendors, bridal party, family, etc. Our timeline was ahead of schedule, but they did a great job at keeping things moving at the reception. It was such a relief knowing everything was being taken care of, not having to deal with any issues that came up, etc. It was also great to know my family and other guests didn't have to do any work.
A Piece of Cake - B+

The cake looked great and was delicious! I had a few issues with the baker in the beginning, but Valle Vista has the option of you working through them. Once I did that everything went smoothly. The price was the least expensive I found in the city, and tasted just as good as all of the other tastings we went to.
Our Back Yard Flowers A+
Tim and Keri were amazing to work with. Tim did such a great job of relating what I wanting and keep things under my budget. I was amazed by the flowers. They looked so good with the girls dresses. I loved my bouquet as well. It was more than I imagined.
His website is outdated, but believe me his work is amazing.
Rathskellar A
This was for our rehearsal dinner. Josh Vaught was great to work with before hand. They did a custom menu for our guests to select off of. They were ready for us when we go there. It was a little slow getting started, so the dinner lastest a while, but that was partly the fault of our tardy guests. The food was excellent and so was the service.
David's Bridal Greenwood A
I had great service everytime I was in there. They seem to have a lot of turn over, so I did have to work with a few different sales people, but that was okay. I got my gown, all the BM dresses, FG dress, and mine and the FG's shoes. They were really good about calling and letting me know things were in. Everything came in fine. They even let a bridemaids who needed a larger size return her dress (usually against policy). The prices for everything were very reasonable. I got my gown during the $300 off sale, which put it within my budget. The girls got $20 off their gowns making them about $120 a piece. They have a lot of colors and styles to choose from.

From the start, Robert was great to work with. He kept our budget in mind and we feel he got us the most for our money. He put together a proposal with 4 different option in it based on a questionaire he had us fill out. He was very responsive whenever I had a question. He did all of the leg work as far as contacting the resort for honeymoon upgrades, etc. The travel agent at the resort was great at setting up excursion for us and our return trip to the airport. We will definitely use Robert for future vacations.
Mens Wearhouse Greenwood C+
We ordered suits for all of the guys. We bought 10 suits, 10 shirts, and 10 ties. In order to get the discount we had to purchase everything at once, so that was a lot of leg work on my part. I put together a spreadsheet with every guys information so it would be easy when they picked them up. Well, they lost the spreadsheet several times, sent half the guys home without their shirts, and actually sold some of the suits to other people-including the grooms! I had to work with several different sales people and basically start over each time. It was very frustrating. Also, 2 suits were supposed to be shipped to other stores and even after telling me they had been shipped twice they hadn't.
I ordered them in February in order not to have to deal with it leading up to the wedding. Good thing, because it was early May before they actually got everything in correctly.
Danielle's Make-up Studio (at the time she was with Karen Hall & Co.) A+
Danielle did my make-up when she was with Karen's company, but is now out on her own. Both the trial and real deal were exactly what I wanted. She did such a good job people at the airport the next morning thought I was getting married in Mexico that day! Karen also came in the beginning to help out since we had 6 ladies getting their make-up done. Everyone who opted to have their make-up done loved it and felt really pampered.

Ashleigh Ellis (and Taylor) did a great job! We had 8 people get their hair done. Everyone looked great! We had our hair done starting at 9:30 am. Everyone's hair still looked great at the end of the night. Both of them have worked with Indianapolis Monthly for their bridal issues. Ashleigh is my regular stylist, so I highly reccomend her for both updos and highlighting/coloring. She did a great job of taking my inspiration photo and making it unique for me. She was very easy to talk with at the trial about what I did and didn't like.
Centerpiece flowers -Samclub.com A-
The flowers were great quality and arrived on time. There were a couple that the heads popped off, so just make sure you aren't counting on every flower. Also, I wanted hot pink and got more of a peach/pink color. They just guarantee something close to the color and since there are so many pinks it was probably hard. I was okay with the color, but that is why they didn't get an A+
Sealandsend.net A+
Our invitations were great. We received so many compliments on them. SealandSend.net uses recycled paper and does one sheet invites with a tear off postcard. First, they send you a huge sample package so you can see and feel the paper and see what the ink colors look like. Then you work with a graphic artist to design what you want. I would have loved to use them for all our paper if we had the budget.
Main Street Alterations A+
She is great. I took in a photo of my dress and she told me when to bring it in. She doesn't do a lot of fittings like some other places. She had to do a lot of it by hand because of the lace and beading. When I went to pick it up it fit great. The bustle was sewn very sturdy and lasted the whole night. I will definitely continue to take things to her.
She also altered Sean's mom's dress and did a great job.
Elite DJ A-
Josh has very competitive rates and his time is unlimited, so you don't have to worry about paying him an extra hour to keep the party going! He has a really good energy and will keep people at your reception and on the dance floor. We had about 40 people still there and dancing when the reception was over.
Carey Limo A+
The limo arrived early! The driver was really great to us. They were the only company I found that didn't have a minimum length of time. We rented the limo bus, which looks like a bus on the outside and a limo on the inside. It fit all 16 of us comfortably.
Tammy's Nails A+

I have been a client at Tammy's since April 2008. I have always received great service, so I knew I would get my bridal nails done there. Tammy had the place already for us when we went in there. We all received great service with upgraded pedicures.
If you are getting tips on ask for Tammy or her husband to do them.
Misc Items A
We ordered several things from theknot.com and everything was worth it. I would watch the sales and order multiple things at once to help with shipping. We purchased, monogramed totes for the girls, intial bracelets, flasks for the guys, and personalized matchbooks.
