DIY Bookmark The Date
I created our online "Bookmark The Date" so that our guests can bookmark it on their computers. I used the same bamboo that I used for our Baltimore wedding invitation and animated the wording in Photoshop.

DIY Wedding Invitation
I wanted to create our Asian-themed invitation and after extensive research on paper, we found the perfect handmade paper at PUA Naturally, nearby Chinatown in DC. As soon as I found the paper, my vision all came true.
What we used:
PUA Naturally : Green Handmade Lokta Paper from Nepal
Paper Source: Stardream Opal Text, Chocolate Cover, Orange Hemp, Branches
Office Depot: Double-sided Tape
For the inside design, I used the same bamboo that I've used for the other invitations. Daniel and I had little assembly line at home and spent the entire weekend to finish our invitations. He called me a dictator for micromanaging every single step of the process, but it was all worth it. More importantly, everything was within our budget.
