Shirley told me a year ago that she would like to go to Switzerland for our honeymoon. She's never really seen and played with snow before and nothing beats the Swiss Alps!
I was told that Switzerland is quite a pricey place to visit and the month of May is Summer without much snow. So I thought that maybe a better alternative would be to go for a cruise on the River Danube which snakes through Old Europe. I've always wanted to go to Prague.
However, after doing the wedding budget, I realized that we could not afford the cruise. We would need close to RM40k! So, I thought maybe I just take Shirley to New Zealand where there are also nice mountains with snow!
However, through the encouragement of a friend, I've finally decided to take Shirley to Switzerland after all. A happy wife = a happy husband! hahaha!
Also, it's a good choice because we get to stopover at Dubai for 2 days to spend time with my God Daughter.
I've absolutely no idea of what to do in Switzerland. So, after speaking to a ton of friends, buying a travel guide and checking out the internet, we've roughly planned to do the following:
2 days Zurich
2 days Lausanne
3 days Luzern
Can't wait! 8-)

Due to unforseen circumstances, we can't go to Switzerland anymore.
But, we'll be going to Pangkor Laut instead. Rated the world's No. 1 honeymoon resort!
Woo hoo!
