There's a lot of people here. But they're all amazing.
I've known Tom for 7 years now. In our first conversation, he punched me in the stomach. Since then, he's been a great friend, wise counsel, and highly efficient robot. Also, there's literally nothing I couldn't trust him with, or that I couldn't ask of him.
KK has been my bestest friend :), and my kindred spirit for almost two decades. We’re convinced that we are actually long lost twins! We did everything together when we were little. We have braved younger siblings being born, living on two different continents, and, of course, the realization that we both can't be the center of the universe! She’s always known that she would be my Maid of Honor and I’m so blessed to have her in my life! Katie Louise, you better not upstage me at my own wedding!
I have about 500 interesting stories about Geoffrey, so I'll just say he's a class act, a fine accountability partner, and I look forward to re-enacting Secondhand Lions with him in 50 years.
Also, it was very hard to get a non-goofy picture of him. Just saying
Miss Chelsea and I met at Church and we’ve been inseparable ever since. She has been a great friend, fellow sing-in-the-car buddy, and wonderful accountability partner. I love her spunk, her general tenacity for life and her ability to tell me exactly what's on her mind! Let's just say she pulls the best out of me… because she wouldn’t settle for anything less.
Mi Hermano. Fellow backyard gladiator, Viking, Wildcat, and stuck-in-the-back-of-a-tiny-van-for-ten-days-as-we-drive-across-the-country torture victim.
Emily and I were best friends in middle school and high school. We also roomed together at UofA. Honestly, she probably knows more about me than I would like her to. (No specifics Em!) From boy band concerts to staying up all night watching our favorite TV shows ;) she was always my partner in crime. Don’t worry Em, we’ll have a couple walks down memory lane on the dance floor!
As the photo shows, Blake is the most important person I know. His apartment smells of rich mahogany, and he has many leather bound books.
Brit is one of my cousins from South Carolina. She, Allison and I have always been very close and better friends than cousins. Brittany and I have always been a little mischievous----once even winning an award for it! Brit loves to make us all laugh and I couldn't imagine my life without her! Love you Britt ;)
Although we lived in the same dorm and both went to crusade freshman year, I didn't get to know him till summer of sophomore year, when we started going to the same job and church at the same time. Basically brothers-in-arms several battles: Battle of the Wildcat, Battle of the ESG Class, Battle of Awkwardly Meeting People for the First Time at Their Birthday Parties. Also, when I was talking to him about proposing to Ashleigh, he was the only person to suggest "What if she says no?"
Allison is also my cousin from South Carolina. She, Brittany and I are inseparable when we get together. She's a good southern girl and I'm completely jealous of her accent! We both love Ma-Maw's brown rice and laughing so hard our stomach hurts! (Her laugh is contagious!) I love you, Allie Boo!!!
Future brother in law. Very cool dude, and quite possibly one of the craziest people I have ever met - in a good way. One of the first people I talked to about getting married, and he was very encouraging.
Kennon was my roommate for two years in college! We helped each other through nursing school and she was always there when I needed a study/coffee buddy! Kennon and I reconnected this last summer and I have to say that I’ve really enjoyed our coffee dates! Ken, Starbucks just wouldn’t be the same without you.
Broseph #2. Quite a bit younger than me, but what he lacks in size and age he makes up for in taste and style.
I have known Thea Christofferson basically since my dad pointed out that her mother wasn’t drinking wine at dinner one night. Nine months later, we were all graced with her presence. It has been a joy to babysit her and her brother over the years. I see a lot of myself in Miss T at her age… mainly that she’s stubborn and wants everything her own way. Hopefully we’ll both grow out of that phase some day! I’ll probably have to get her her own tiara though, knowing that she’s fully capable of snatching the one off my head and running down the aisle with it--- that’s what I would do!!! ;)
Jay is my youngest cousin and honestly, will probably steal the show on the wedding day! Jay and I bonded when we went to Disneyworld together and realized our mutual obsession with it! Jay knows that as long as I get to stand in front of him to see all of the Disney characters, we get along GREAT!!! There is a little jealously there though, mainly because my mother has more pictures of Jay on her refrigerator than both me and Jeffrey combined!!! He is pretty cute though, isn’t he?! So cute, in fact, that he’s the seasoned pro… being in two weddings before the age of 4… once as a groomsman! I guess we will all be looking to him for advice, come the big day!
Party Cowboy, Part Connoisseur, Ernie Quatro is not only a kindred spirit but an extremely trustworthy friend. Which is good, cause he has one of the hardest jobs and may do as much work as anybody.
Brett is probably more mature, bold and wise than I am, and he's five years younger than me. I figured someone this good at humbling me is probably worth keeping around come D-Day.
Although taller, stronger, quicker and better-shaven, Brandon is Ernie's younger brother, which is a good indicator that, not only is extremely helpful, but a solid friend as well. Additionally, his lack of presence on facebook made acquiring a picture of him a very hard task.
