It was May 3, 2009...Dadi had already booked us for dinner with Lama tours for Dhow Cruise (it's a spot here in Dubai wherein you can dine and enjoy the cool breeze of the air while cruising the stretch of dubai creek). It was funny though because I forgot my mobile at home, Sol came late at the meeting place but still we managed to meet on time and proceed to our dinner date. Well, Sol made it quite good when he picked me up in Al Ghurair, the flowers were really stunning!!! So we had a perfect meal with the warming sound of the vocalist from the boat (take note she's Filipino). We even requested for two great songs ( Till they take my heart away and Crazy for you). The Filipino crew and waiters were really friendly.

After dinner, we went outside to enjoy the breeze ( imagine, it's already summer in Dubai, but that evening the weather was really cool so its really nice to stay outside & on the top deck of the boat. We had managed to settle in a corner and really enjoy the view. Suddenly he gave me his gift...a plastic full of candies. As I opened the pack, I saw a note saying

"Mami Happy Anniversary...Dadi"

as you flip it around it says

"Will you Marry me?"...with the ring representing the "O" in YOU

I knew I was expecting it but the actual thing that was already there brought within me an adrenaline rush. Geesh so this IS the FEELING!

So what do you expect for me to say? Of course I said YES! :)
