The Support Staff (and greatest friends in the world)
Amy has been not only my mentor and close friend whom I go to for everything, she is also like a mom to Doug, treating us like one of her own. I can't imagine my wedding, or life for that matter, with out her.
I met Mekayla during my college years. Instantly I knew we would be great friends. Being Psych majors we love to analyze our lives and each other.
Elisa has been a good friend of mine since Sophomore year of high school. We both lived on the same floor. She has been another source of support in my life, talking me through many tough issues, especially surrounding the death of my college roommate. We both are so similar that we can only laugh.
Debby and I met our freshman year of college. Somehow our paths seemed to cross but never for long and we kept missing each other. Finally at the beginning of my senior year we hung out and have been great friends since. (Funny story: Debby was engaged on the same day Doug and I were and she will be married in 2009).
Rhonda is Jessica's big sister. She's the one that Jess fought with and fought for, and vise versa. Rhonda just recently moved to Indiana from North Carolina to be closer to her family.
I met Ash a looong time ago at church. She's been a great friend, a source of accountablity and someone I can always count on to say a prayer for me whenever I need it.
Amber is my step-sister and has offered me much support over the past few years. She is so much more than family to me.
Greg is Amy's husband, and was Doug's and my youth pastor throughout our high school years. He has seen us both through many trials, especially with each other. Our lives would not be the same without him.
Brad is a high school friend of ours and has been the source of much laugher and a videogame partner for Doug.
Nick has been a friend of Doug's all throughout his life. He has also been a great friend to me.
Jon is another friend of ours. He also helps us out at Elm Grove with our youth group directing worship.
Matt is Doug's brother.
