On October 3rd, my fabulous bridesmaids and a few friends took me to the Finger Lakes (Seneca Lake, to be exact) for a day of wine drinking, er, tasting ;)
We took a party bus out and had the champagne flowing before 10am! We visited 4 fantastic wineries and topped it off with a great dinner in Geneva. Thanks for a perfect day, ladies!
My lovely bridesmaids and future mother-in-law threw a fantastic shower for me on September 20th, complete with my favorite foods, beautiful floral arrangements, a gorgeous cake and even a wine tasting. I had a great time and am still overwhelmed with everyone's generosity!
Here are just a few of the over 200 pictures we had taken. Joe Elario did a phenomenal job! We spent one Sunday morning (exactly one year before the wedding, coincidentally) wandering downtown Albany, pretending to be models ;)
Most of the pictures were taken in front of the State Education Building (with its massive columns) with the Capitol Building in the background. We love all of them! Enjoy!
Dominick's parents threw us an amazing engagement party on September 21, 2008. Carolyn's parents had previously planned a trip to Albany for that weekend, so the timing was perfect. We were so thankful to have so many wonderful friends and family show up, making the party truly one of the best days of our lives.
