You can search for the cities of Laguna Beach to be near the water and ceremony site, Newport Beach to be within a 5-10minute drive, or Irvine to be about a 15 minute drive away. Please realize that your best bet for more fare friendly prices is probably in less popular Irvine which is still very close, but not a vacation hot spot.
