I did pledge to Leo almost a year ago that I would write something here. And I know there is no room to delay any more. Hence this message.

Congratulations to both of you and I am glad to be able to participate in the grand party two weeks later.

I have known Leo since 1995 and he has been one of my most treasured friends. He is proactive, sensible and efficient. He is always ready to provide inspiring and innovative dimensions to issues. He is also disciplined and considerate. I am sure he would be a great husband and dad and therefore may I double my congratulations to Elaine.

May I also wish both of you will have a great time together for the decades to come with the enjoyment of having a family with expanding number of members every other year!

Gong xi Gong xi (the chinese is not coming up). I can't believe its almost that time already. Memories of you two dating go all the way back to Penn State days. You two made a great couple then, now and the future to come. It'll be sad when you two leave the area. Vince will have no one else that can eat a lot. Hahaha. ^_^ I will definitely miss the girls nights/days out and karaoke, eventhough Vince didn't and doesn't sing. It'll give us an excuse to take vacation and come to Hong Kong more often.
