Grandmother of the Bride
Grandma is a remarkably strong, intelligent woman with a keen sense of humor and sparkling wit. The vast geographic distance between us did not prevent the transmission of her love for me and my siblings. She has made quite a loving impression on Jonah, too, who greatly admires her continuing love of learning. How many 80-year-olds do you know who take computer Photoshop classes? She is the representative of her generation and we will be truly blessed to have her with us.

Father of the Bride
My Dad is the most hard-working and generous person I know. He is also one of the smartest, wittiest, toughest, and loving guys in the world! He's got a leg-up on most since he's Australian, but even so, my fabulous father is phenomenal and I don't know where I'd be without him! I am so proud of him and love him with all my heart!

Mother of the Bride
My "mum" is a brilliantly unique woman who taught me to "question reality" and that it's OK to be yourself, even when that doesn't match what society and other people want you to be. She is a midwife, massage therapist, teacher, scientist, equestrian, swimmer, and a fabulously free spirit, and I love her dearly. Although she and her lovely partner Bill won't be physically present, they will be in my heart!
Kristin Kleidon
Bridesmaid
Kristin is my beloved older sister. Despite some childhood/adolescent angst back in the day, she and I are now closer than a diaper rash and true confidantes. Our phone conversations are filled with laughter, light-hearted gossip, and emotional support. Kristin is an incredible midwife, wife, mother, and sister, and overall FABULOUS addition to this party! Rachael Kleidon
Bridesmaid
Rachael is my beloved younger sister. During childhood, she and I spent countless hours playing basketball, reading together on the lawn, biking to the doughnut shop and Midtown Pharmacy for candy, lying upside down on sand dunes in Monterey, and overall being best friends. Rachael is a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine and the coolest nerd you'll ever meet. FABULOUS! (Shown with fabulously loving and loyal son, Sammy)

Jamie adds to any occassion. Being my "taller half", he has a slightly higher perspective on things than my own. However similar our experiences, I always find hearing his descriptions far funnier than I could ever explain. An encyclopedic storage of information, he's handy to have around and overall a great brother.

Groomsman
William (Elyse's brother) is an awesome friend. Another brother, he's helped me feel comfortable and a part of the Kleidon family from day one. He's a spirtual and fun part of this union. I'm proud to have him by my side. (Shown with his sister Kristin and his nephew Miles)

Always ready for adventure and good times, I'm lucky to have him around. Having taken 3 years of climbing instruction together, he's helped me conquer the unknown, so why not help on this occasion?

Ringbearer (leashed)
Our adopted son is the light and delight of our lives. Always happy to see us (so that we'll throw his ball), always loving the touch of our hands (giving him his daily morning massage), and always so fabulously obedient (...?). However, we know that his size and appearance could frighten the faint of heart, so he will be lovingly restrained during the ceremony.
