Seven months...and counting!
My eyeballs are almost crossed and I could quite possibly be developing carpal tunnel syndrom from being on the internet ALL day trying to figure out more details for the big day. I thought I had saved myself quite a bit of stress by booking our ceremony & reception sites, our band, & the photographer, but I realize that I am less than half way there. Here are a couple of accomplishments for today at least:
- I think I have found THE ONE! Wedding dress that is :)
- The above discovery means I can now browse for my bridesmaids' style
- A wedding we attended this past weekend might have resulted in our catering & cake decision
There's actually two bridal shows at the Convention Center within the next two months, so mom and I are planning on going to those to help pin down options for flowers, decorations, etc.
Howard keeps saying he wants "something different" for tuxes...oh me! I might have set some ground rules for those selections! I don't want him to end up looking like these guys.
Well, that's it for today. Today was my first day back at work since 12/23 and rough is not even the word to describe getting up this morning or how I felt throughout the day.
