These are the people most important in our lives... you have all helped bring us here and we are thankful to know you.
Lori and Emily met when the men thought they might get along, since they had been friends since high school.
We think they also hoped we would hit it off so they could go play and leave the girls somewhere together... girlfriend daycare
In the last 6 years we have grown wonderfully close and have had so much fun together!
Heartland and camping and crafty-ing and
The Pirates Who Don't Do Anything!
My 'lil sis! No story necessary... I love her!
Jessica and Emily met the first week as college freshmen just moved away from home.
We've had more fun than I can even remember... and been great friends ever since.
Tabitha and Emily were placed together as room-mates in college...
Good Times (even with 2 crazy girls living with us)!!!!
Tabitha also understands Heartland and The Pirates Who Don't Do Anything!
Who can forget "Mission Vacation", which involved driving to and from Colorado in under 2 days...
Jester was Phil's ringleader in the circus. They met by a ridiculous series of events including the granting of exclusive photo rights in the circus, the creation of a necklace for Phil's mother, and a chance meeting two years later.
Shortly after Phil moved back to St. Louis, Jester decided to travel to Georgia to see if the situation would be right for the circus there. In Georgia, Jester met Marika, who he described to me as "the most beautiful German mime." Jester and Marika now live on a beautiful farm in Folkston, Georgia.
This past September, they had a lovely little girl, Kaia Thalia Peridot Poston.
Our lives are richer for having the three of you in them.
Phil met Eric and Richard at a coffee house around 2001. They are both formidable conversationalists and excellent men.
Phil spent about a year working with Eric at the Gateway Clean Air Program. Richard has spent over three years working with Phil at Indoff. He has recently been promoted to another department, and Phil is trying to get Eric to take his place.
Phil and Derrick met while they were working for the Gateway Clean Air Program. They've been great friends ever since.
Derrick's one of the most likable, easygoing guys you could ever have the luck to come across.
Eber and Phil met while they were attending Chaminade College Prep. We met up again at the Caffiend coffee house in 2001. Eber has a sharp mind, and he's a talented leatherworker. Eber, Richard, Eric, and Phil tend to hang out a lot as a group.
Makayla is Emily's youngest cousin... cute as can be!!
Cassie is Makayla's big sister, and the oldest of the 3 flower girls...
so she's running the flower girl's show!
Gaia is Emily and Phil's "niece."
We recently drove to Georgia with Gaia and her mom, Allison to see our new "niece," Kaia.
