Wedding Accommodations
Overnight rooms have been reserved at the Château Élan Inn and the Holiday Inn Express at Chateau Elan under the last names of the Bride & Groom. A limited number of rooms are available at a special rate for guests of the Bride & Groom. This rate is based on availability at the time of booking and is for a room with two double beds.*
Please note that the resort will release unreserved rooms and will accept accomodations after April 24, 2008 at the best available rate.

All rooms must be reserved on or before, April 24, 2008 to utilize the special discounted rate of $179.00.

After logging on to the website........on the left side of the web page in burgandy, click "Book Travel".......click "Hotels"........type in "Braselton, GA" and enter the number of rooms/guests and the dates you are requesting.
You'll save $1 on Sat. night ($106.95) and $12 on Sun. night ($97.95).

Currently, the resort offers a 2 bedroom villa at $345 per night plus tax which can accomodate up to 4 guests (about $86.25 per person/night). The 3 bedroom villa is $445 per night plus tax and can accomodate up to six guests comfortably (about $74.16 per person/night).
These rates are subject to change based on availability. If you are interested in reserving a villa, please call in to the reservations department.
Guaranteed check-in time is at 3pm and check out time is noon. Any early arrivals or late departures must be approved by the front desk on the day of the request as it is subject to availability.

All rooms at the Château Élan Inn are non-smoking and feature twice daily housekeeping service, lavish bathrooms with oversized garden tub and separate shower, plush robes, coffee maker, refrigerator, iron & ironing board, wireless internet service, and in-room electronic safe.
Reservation Terms & Conditions
Château Élan has a 72 hour cancellation policy. The reservation must be cancelled at least 72 hours prior to the date of arrival to avoid an additional charge of one night’s room and tax. A $15 non-refundable booking deposit will be charged at the time of booking and credited toward overnight stay.
Limit three rooms per credit card.

I-85 NORTH, EXIT # 126 - WINDER-BRASELTON. TURN LEFT OFF THE EXIT. THE RESORT WILL BE IMMEDIATELY ON THE LEFT HAND SIDE. THE HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS IS DIRECTLY ACROSS FROM THE RESORT ON THE RIGHT HAND SIDE.

The Holiday Inn Express Chateau Elan Lodge is located across from the main gates of Chateau Elan Winery and Resort in Braselton, GA.
For your convenience, rooms have been reserved under the name of the "Brantley/Gwyn Wedding" at a rate of $109.95 per night plus tax. All room prices are set for two adults and guests are able to enjoy all that the Chateau Elan resort offers, at no additional charge.
The last day to reserve your lodging needs at the Chateau Elan Holiday Inn Express will be April 24, 2008.
