What a weekend! We started the whole process of getting ourselves registered with RGBC to book a date with the Pastor on Saturday itself, with nothing prepared at all, not the government documents, not our birth certificates (mine was lost!), and all other stuff, but thanks to Amy Yeoh from RGBC who managed to help us pull through and book a date on Tuesday, just three days after, and we're all set! PHEW! Thank God!

We realised that we wanted a garden wedding only after we have booked G Hotel! =P The initial plan was to have the wedding ceremony in G Hotel, either the foyer or the meeting rooms (as they do not have a garden in the hotel) but after looking at many pictures of garden weddings we decided that we wanted one too! After all, wedding is just once in a lifetime and we shouldn't have any regrets right? So we called up all the hotels with garden in Penang, most of them are in Batu Ferringhi but we didn't mind. Most importantly is the garden. We took some time after work one day to go up there and look at the gardens. We went to Parkroyal, Rasa Sayang, Golden Sands and all of them were nice but after talking through, we decided that Rasa Sayang has the best garden. It is really beautiful, words just can't explain the beauty of it. You must come and see for yourself! =) We apologise that you guys have to travel up and down from Rasa Sayang all the way down to G Hotel for the dinner and with the afternoon gap in between but please endure this just for one day! =P
