After spending many years with photography as my hobby, I finally got the opportunity to study Professional Photography & Digital Imaging full time, studying at Glasgow Metropolitan College.

Phimister Photography is the largest family firm of photographers in the Highlands of Scotland. We have been in business for almost 25 years and offer a wealth of experience, qualifications and expertise. We work from a purpose built studio complex in Kirkhill, some 7 miles west of Inverness.

The joining of two families is such a significant moment in any family history and the simple fact that I am tasked with recording this momentous day is always at the forefront of my mind. The images that I produce will be kept in the family for generations.

I primarily shoot in the Highlands of Scotland although occasionally I go a little further afield. Part of the day is photographed in a documentary fashion, while other parts of the day I will help pose you in the most flattering location and light to get some beautiful portraits.
