The Gift House is the most visited shop in Hood River and is known for its unique display of goods. Visitors often comment about it being one of the most unusual shops they've seen. The owners Serena & Robert Erspamer are also great people!
The waterfront is used for many activities, including watersports, dog walking, and fishing. Windsurfing and kiteboarding activities dominate the Event Site, the Spit/Sandbar, and the Hook areas located east of the Hood River. The Marina Beach offers plenty of grass and sand for families to enjoy the waterfront. The Hood River runs into the Columbia at this site!
