Stratton Rose Garden can be accessed through stairs off Second & State Street. These stairs begin in front of the famous Salmon Fountain. The Garden can also be accessed from Sherman Street. Free parking can be found along Sherman Street. There is also plenty of metered parking all along state street & nearby streets in downtown Hood River.
