Gabriel and I previously met in the most unusual of circumstances. We weren't looking to find each other, but God, in all his glory, saw just how very much two souls were hurting and joined our hearts to each other. From our first conversation, we knew that this was very different. Oh, we tried to resist, but you know what, when God wants you to follow a certain path, it doesn't matter your rebelliousness, it will be accomplished according to his will, always.

In Mickaella's words: Mine and Gabriel's love story is one that God himself has written because to this day, neither one of us could tell you exactly how or when we fell in love with each other. We only knew that from very early on in our relationship, one couldn't breathe without the other. Our conversations were and still are "Wow". There isn't a subject that we couldn't talk about. Our love for each other is effortless. Our attraction, more than magnetic. Our devotion to one another is without measure. Our faith in God ~ incomparable. At the end of our first conversation, he was bold enough to tell me that he loved me. Do you know what my reply was? "Thank you". I just couldn't believe I said that!!! I told him that I made a promise after my last devastating break up to let God choose my husband for me. I told him that I’m a born again Christian who hasn’t always placed God first in her life, but this time, I would have to. I told him that whomever speaking to me right now must know this. That didn't shake him. Somehow, it was like my heart has finally found a home in Gabriel.

In Gabriel's words: I had lost all hope after my devastating separation from a previous long term relationship. Then, after two and a half years of suffering alone and praying, God answered my prayers and sent me an angel in Mickaella. She's warm, passionate, loving, wow ~ this woman has a heart full of love, and in spite of all the pains she's suffered, she continued to love. She is strong and soft at the same time. She could brighten your world with just one smile. Just speaking to her takes my breath away each and every time. To say that I'm hopelessly in love with my precious Mickaella truly couldn't begin to describe the scope of my emotions towards her. She's also so very fragile that I find myself wanting to protect her from everything, though she does not display any weaknesses. In my beloved Mickaella, I now have a companion, a soul mate, a best friend, a second mother, a confident and a sister. Mickaella is without a doubt the woman of my dreams and the love of my life. I feel so utterly blessed to have found such a limitless love in her and look forward to spending the rest of my life making sure that she doesn't regret loving me, not for one second of our lives here on earth together.

This is what Gaby's wedding ring looks like. I wanted him to have a ring that will match mine in Diamonds, but oh, when I saw this one, I was totally enchanted. So, on our wedding day, I will be proud to place this ring on my Gaby's finger, knowing that he will wear and cherish it forever.
