Browse Turks & Caicos Honeymoon Packages & Resorts
Honeymooning in the Turks and Caicos has many advantages. Due to their relatively close proximity to the US, there are many non-stop flights to the Turks and Caicos from several East Coast cities. Just north of Hispaniola, their official language is English and, conveniently, their currency is the US dollar. And although when traveling tourists should always exercise caution, the Turks and Caicos Islands have some of the lowest crime rates in the Caribbean. There are endless activities for couples on their honeymoon, from eco-tours in glass-bottomed canoes to walking tours of Cockburn Town (where it is purported that Columbus first landed in the Americas) to some of the best coral reefs for scuba diving in the world. You can stay on any of the 8 inhabited islands and have a different experience with each one. There are several “boutique” islands with secluded honeymoon resorts, and highly developed islands, such as Providenciales, both the busiest island and the one with the most famous beaches. No matter which island you visit, the Turks and Caicos have something for both of you on your honeymoon!
