Hayy... I'm getting really stressed out and tired because of all the wedding preps... every weekend is jam-packed with one errand after another pero I know I'm not the only one feeling this way. Pero medyo I'm really exhausted lately. Lagi ako nahihilo.. I hope its only my eyes.. and nothing serious =(
First.. more updates:
- We've had our invitations made na by Cardprints last week and we're expecting it to be ready by October 29.
- We have our marriage license already kaya wala na talagang urungan hehehe..
- We had our prenuptial pictorial last Friday at the La Mesa Ecopark, with a few pics taken at the rooftop of Niceprint's Building. Sobrang pagod pero sobrang saya.. we really enjoyed it. My day started at around 6AM. I had to get up early kasi kelangan ko pa magpa-HMU. Medyo kinabahan talaga ako kasi first time ko sa salon na yun.. talagang TRUST na lang kay Archie (the stylist).. buti naman I made the right decision kasi I looked great kahit pagod =) We dropped by Niceprint's office to pick up Rupert and Jojo who were both very kind and easy to deal with. My big bro was so kind enough to take a leave from work and drive us all the way to Quezon City and back to Ortigas. It was really hot and humid pero thank GOD it did not rain.. it was raining heavily just two days before pero the weather was so nice the whole day. Kaunti lang yung mga tao sa Ecopark and for that we were also very thankful kasi baka ma-conscious kami. Pero it turned out, na ang kapal pala namin haha.. or I think it was because of the heat.. talagang lahat ng iutos ni Rupert ginawa namin no questions asked..and the pictures turned out GREAT!!!!!! I was really so impressed and di kami nagkamali ng kinuhang photographer. I hope the video turns out great as well. - Finally found our wedding cord supplier/entourage gift :)
- Completed the 50% downpayment for both Niceprint and JVM Flower Shop.
- All the lady entourage are finished with their first fitting except for the two moms and one flower girl.
- We went to Divisoria yesterday to buy the following:
- Cloth for one of my bridesmaids
- Espie's Piña barong including lining and pearl buttons - I think we were able to get this for a bargain since it was fully embroidered. Sa pagod namin di na nga kami nakapag-canvass pero I think we got a good deal.
- I was able to buy teddy bears na for our flower girls.. ang gaganda..
- I also bought tin cans/pails for the their flowers. We're going to spray paint this with bronze/copper to match our motif.
- Party poppers for the reception
Again kasama ko ang aking ever helpful brother and sister in law. I'm really so thankful na sumama sila kahit sobrang pagod kami. We had a good time naman eh walking around pero parangmalapit na ata ako mag-collapse at the end of the day. Pero atleast we were able to get majority of what I needed.
To do's:
- For the song list, we're still waiting for feedback from TSG. Medyo sa kanila ako kinakabahan..Di pa rin finalized ang package namin with them.
- We will be having our food tasting this coming weekend at the World Trade Center with our caterer, Makati Skyline
- We're about 80% final on the guest list.
- We need to work on the map as well as printing
- We need to finalize our gift for the principal sponsors
- We need to meet with Impromptu to do the initial hand over.
- Cocktails are not yet finalized.
- Program and emcee
- Need to go back to Chancery to get documents and submit to MC
- Need to finalize the endorsement forms and the seminars for the suppliers with MC.
