About A Boy
Israel Javier Erispe was born to Gregorio and Soledad on the 5th of October, 1976. He was the 2nd among their five children and grew up in Antipolo, Rizal. Bimbo (as he is called at home) finished his secondary schooling at Roosevelt College and went on to the Central College of the Philippines to get his BS Computer Science degree.
Growing up as child, he learned how to cook and has a knack for cooking up delicious meals for his family and friends. Aside from this talent, he is also quite the basketball player and spends his free time joining neighborhood and intercompany basketball tournaments.
He is currently working for Henkel Asia Pacific in Makati as a Deputy Head in the Accounts Payable Division.
About A Girl
Genevieve Bengzon Sanchez was born to Jimmy and Bevs on September 2, 1978. She is the youngest child and only daughter in a brood of three kids. She grew up in the neighborhood of BF Homes, Paranaque. Growing up with two brothers, she was very interested in sports and even plays basketball. A true Bedan, she spent her elementary and secondary school years in Benedictine Abbey (now known as San Beda Alabang).
After graduation, she wanted to pursue her long time dream to be a medical doctor. Just before her enrollment as a freshman in UST however, she suddenly changed her mind. Off she went to study in Assumption College San Lorenzo -- as an accountant (just like her two brothers and her dad). Four years later --- after all the journals, balance sheets and income statements were done, she graduates from college. After months of torture at the CPAR review school, she becomes a CPA in May 2000.
At present, Gen is working for the regional operating headquarters of Procter and Gamble Asia. She is also busy pursuing her MBA degree as a senior at the De La Salle Graduate School of Business.
How They Met..
Their story is not a typical love story.. if they were asked to describe it.. everything was perfect between them but when it came to other areas.. it was really a difficult ride..
Espie and Gen met as officemates at Procter and Gamble. He was from SGV and was assigned to P&G as part of a staff loan arrangement. After becoming good friends while both working for the Accounts Payable team... (to be continued)

I wasn't expecting it to happen when it happened.. I came back from Baguio with my parents two days before our anniversary. We decided to see each other a day earlier.
Medyo nagtataka na ako when he told me that he wanted to go to the church I liked.. the National Shrine of the Sacred Heart located near the Makati Fire Station. Pero he just said that since it was our anniversary he wanted to start it right.. so he wanted us to visit a church. Still.. nung nakita ko sya.. he was carrying a long box so naisip ko ah ok.. overacting imagination hehe.. inasar ko pa nga ay kala ko engagement ring kaya lang ang haba ng box hehehe.. sabi pa nyek di no.. bakit naman daw yun magiging engagement ring..
Tapos while we were there.. he just said na okay yung church maganda.. He went up the stairs dun sa place ng choir.. so syempre sunod naman ako to see the vantage point.. para makita namin yung whole church.. tapos umupo sya dun sa isang pew, then he took out a bunch of cards.. syempre nahiya pa ako dahil wala akong nabili.. talagang gifts lang. He said na I should read it in order daw.. so naiiyak na ako kasi parang natouch ako ang dami pa nyang card ako wala.. pero nagulat ako nung pagbukas ko nung first one.. may picture ni Will Smith.. sabi ko bakit ganun? Di ko gets.. pero sabi nya sige basahin ko pa rin.. so nagconcentrate na lang ako sa nakasulat... the next card was a picture of myself, then the third has a picture of Mama Mary, and then the last had a picture of him. After ko mabasa lahat ng cards syempre na-touch ako pero di ko pa rin magets kung bakit may Will Smith.. sabi ko sa kanya.. Then he said..I should open them one by one and look at them side by side.. di ko pa ginagawa inisip ko na.. tapos dun ko lang narealize.. "Will You Mary Me" syempre naiyak na ako ng todo... tama ba yung di ko ma-get? hehehe.. Grabe.. I had been waiting for that moment for so long na nung andun na sobrang na-shock ako.. ang tagal ko lumuluha.. hehe.. baka daw sabihin nung mga tao na makakakita samin nakipagbreak sya sa akin hehehe..
We're both really happy. Finally, we can start with the rest of our lives together :) There's no one else we'd rather spend it with.
